ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:
If the items you are ordering are unavailable or subject to delays or the cost is greater than what is listed on your order, we’ll attempt to contact you via the email address you supplied when you made your purchase. If we are unable to contact you, or if we do not receive any response to our emails, we will then continue to complete the remaining items of your order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
We aim to get your items delivered in perfect condition and on time to the address and individual you prefer. Quiqup will deliver your order within the UAE. We ensure each order from the moment it’s shipped until it arrives at you. If you’d like to track your shipment but haven’t received an email with tracking number, contact us, and we’ll follow it up for you or provide you with the tracking number you can access on https://www.quiqup.com/
For delivery reasons, details about delivery like the name of the recipient along with the address and contact information will be saved. Other personal identifying details will not be saved.
We aim to deliver most orders in 2-3 business days, or at a lower rate based on the specifics of the dress as well as the clearing of credit card inventory, your place of residence, the time and date of the order, verification of address the shipping date, time of delivery, and availability of the item. If there’s an unreasonable delay or if the product is not in availability, we will notify you via email or by phone.
- We utilize Quiqup courier services for shipping worldwide. Certain products are shipped in the DDU (Delivery Taxes unpaid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties that are imposed by the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- If you, for any reason decide to refuse delivery, or are unable or unwilling to make the delivery time, despite the reasonable efforts of the courier company, the item is returned in the direction of Rodella Beauty, and you are charged for the unpaid charges, taxes and any additional shipping charges.
Rodella Beauty provides shipping to the UAE.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS:
There is no return or refund option with Rodella Beauty.
If the item is not available a customer service rep will call you to arrange a refund of your purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Although we thoroughly inspect all things before, they are delivered, if you get a damaged item, please notify us by email at info@rodellabeauty.com, specifying your Order Number, a description of the damage, and, if possible, an image. Keep in mind that any claims for missing or damaged products has to be made within two days of receiving the product.
We will confirm and send an agent to collect the item as soon as we receive the request. We will notify you via email once your item is received and checked to inform you that we received the item you returned and also send you an update on the estimated date of delivery for the replacement item. There will be no charge for the shipping cost. When the product is not in inventory We will issue an item credit note that can be used on anytime during the next six months. Alternatively, the refund will be made and a credit will be automatically issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After having made an online purchase an online payment, the customer must make a cancellation in 24 hours (1 one day) for the order to be reversed.
PAYMENT:
The site accepts Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card transactions on the internet and also will accept the AED currency. The cardholder is required to keep the transaction record as well as Merchant’s policies and rules. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining the privacy for his accounts. When “Credit Card Online” is selected to pay for a transaction the information on the Customer ID (Card Holder’s ID) must be exactly the same as the credit card used to make the transaction. We currently don’t accept or provide cash, cash on delivery and bank transfer or cheque.
All holders of credit and debit cards are subject to the card issuer’s verification or authorization tests. We will not be held accountable for any delays or non-delivery of your purchase when the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses accept the payment. We have the option to make your order unreliable. We may ask that your delivery be restricted to the billing address of your credit card for first-time online customers.
